17 years old Ivana Novelic from Serbia and Montenegro has been crowned Miss Deaf World 2006 in Prague.

25 years old Bao Quing Ling from China has been crowned Miss Deaf World 2007. The title of first vice-miss went to Kristina Weber, 21, from Germany and secont vice-miss to Neonila Kudlic, 18, from Ukraine. The title Miss Sympathy won Terneil Nicole Oppel , 19, from South Africa. Special title Miss Yamaha won Marija Delcevska, 18, from Bulgary.
